Welcome to InSynaptic Software Service! By using our software as a service (“SaaS”) application, you (“the User”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully as they govern your access to and use of InSynaptic Software Service, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the application (the “Service”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

InSynaptic Software Service provides the ability to generate images using Generative AI and translation services. To access our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and other materials available on the Service, including trademarks, logos, and service marks, are the property of InSynaptic Software Services or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for personal or internal business purposes.

You may not modify, distribute, copy, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the Service, without prior written consent from InSynaptic Software Services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through Quebec, Canada.

13. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
